Network status

Check current service incidents and planned maintenance published for Tech As A Service customers. A listed status may not show every individual fault. If your service is affected and you can’t see a relevant event, use the support contact for your service.

If there is an immediate threat to life or property, call Triple Zero (000) using any available working service. Do not rely on website chat or email for an emergency.

If you are affected

What to do if your service isn’t working

  1. 1

    Look for a relevant event

Check this page and the underlying provider status information shown for your service where available.

  2. 2

    Run a few safe checks

Check the power, equipment lights and cables, where it’s safe and appropriate to do so. Only restart equipment if your service guide recommends it and the device isn’t supporting a critical process.

  3. 3

    Report a service issue

If you can’t see a relevant event, use the support contact for your service. Note the affected service, when it started, the users or sites affected, the symptoms and any recent change.

Every published event will show

  • The affected service or region
  • The start time and the time of the latest update
  • When the next update is expected
  • An alternative support path if you need help now

Corporate priority incidents

Use the contact path in your service schedule for eligible priority incidents. Public support channels do not replace contracted incident procedures.

Report a service issue

What this page can tell you

Public status isn’t a diagnosis of your service

A public status page may not show every individual fault. An issue with your own service needs a support request.

Public information

What network status shows

  • Service incidents published for Tech As A Service customers
  • Planned maintenance and resolved events
  • The affected service or region, not individual accounts

Account-specific diagnosis

When you need a support request

  • Your service is affected and no relevant event appears
  • Only your premises, equipment or users seem affected
  • A listed event has ended but your service hasn’t recovered
