About Tech As A Service
We help Australian homes and organisations choose, connect and manage the right internet, mobile, IoT, voice, cloud, AI and digital services.
One team across

Our promise
Internet, mobile, IoT and voice, qualified for each location: the foundation everything runs on.
Cloud, Microsoft 365, backup and recovery that keep information available.
AI voice and automation that capture enquiries and hand off to people.
Digital marketing that turns attention into measurable enquiries.
Why the name changed
The original TAAS Fibre name reflected a strong connectivity foundation. The business now serves a broader technology need, so Tech As A Service better represents the full portfolio while retaining the familiar TAAS shorthand and taas.au domain.

Our approach
We start with what you need. Then we compare suitable authorised providers and technologies, coordinate delivery and stay accountable for the scope we agree. We explain the important choices and limitations, so you can decide with confidence.
We get to know your people, locations, apps, goals, risk and budget.
We compare suitable services from the range we’re authorised to provide.
We coordinate ordering, activation, set-up, testing and handover.
We support agreed services through incidents, changes, reviews and decisions about upgrades and renewals.
Provider and technology choice
Put simply, we can consider more than one suitable option where our agreements and serviceability allow it. It doesn’t mean we represent every provider or that every service is available at every location.
What it means
What it doesn’t mean
What accountability means
We put it in writing: what we deliver, what an underlying provider or technology partner owns, and what you need to do.

Australian focus
We plan for Australian customers, locations, service conditions and regulatory expectations. Across the country, we check each address and use the right mix of available technologies. No single service reaches everywhere, and we don’t claim one does.

Homes, small businesses and larger organisations, each checked by address.

The right mix of available technologies, chosen for the location.

Options planned around local service conditions, subject to qualification.
Examples only. We confirm availability for each address, because no single service reaches everywhere.
Who we serve
Homes, owner-led businesses and larger organisations buy technology differently and expect different service. So each has its own path through the site, and partners have one too.
Evidence
Our proof is approved customer outcomes, product specifications, service levels, support processes and authorised partner information. We only publish awards, certifications, customer numbers or network statistics once they’re verified and current.
Leadership profiles and customer evidence are published once validated.
Questions
Straight answers about how Tech As A Service works.
[APPROVED CARRIER-STATUS ANSWER] We document what we deliver and what an underlying provider owns, so you know who supplies what before you order.
It depends on the location, product and agreement. Where they allow it, we can consider suitable authorised services from more than one provider.
