Corporate

Carrier-agnostic technology designed around your operations

We assess locations, applications, resilience, security and growth, then source and coordinate suitable connectivity, cloud, communications and automation services across Australia.

Every assessment covers

  • Sites
  • Applications
  • Resilience
  • Security
  • Growth

What we assess Per site
  • Metro, regional and remote sites
  • Critical applications and traffic
  • Current providers and renewal dates
  • Outage tolerance and continuity

Start with the operating requirement

Architecture that begins with your business, not a product

The right architecture begins with sites, users, applications, traffic, risk, service dependencies, commercial constraints and future change. We compare the services we are authorised to supply against that requirement rather than forcing every location onto one access type.

  1. Choice

We compare suitable carriers and access technologies against the requirement, not a single network quota.

  2. Resilience

Design primary, secondary and failover services around the impact of an outage.

  3. Service levels

Select availability, restoration and support options appropriate to each site and workload.

  4. Coverage

Source solutions for metropolitan, regional and remote Australian locations, with every site qualified.

  5. Management

One team coordinates orders, incidents, changes and reporting across the service lifecycle.

Resilience

Resilience designed rather than assumed

Two services are not automatically diverse. We assess carrier, access technology, physical path where information is available, exchange or point of interconnect, customer equipment, power and failover. The agreed design should identify remaining shared risks and include acceptance and periodic failover testing.

  • Carrier and upstream networkDifferent brands can still share upstream infrastructure.
  • Physical path and building entrySeparate services can share ducts, pits or a single entry point.
  • Exchange or point of interconnectTwo services can depend on the same exchange or interconnect.
  • Customer equipment and powerA single router, switch or power circuit can defeat a second link.

Illustrative only. Two connections are not automatically diverse, so carrier, path, exchange, power and equipment dependencies are validated for each site and failover is tested.

Service levels

Service levels matched to business impact

Availability targets up to 99.95 percent and enhanced restoration options may be available on eligible enterprise services. Actual commitments depend on carrier, access, location, redundancy and contract.

We separate availability, restoration, support and service-credit terms so buyers can evaluate the real operating standard.

Design each site by criticality

Choose a tier to see how the design changes as the business impact of an outage grows.

General operations where best-effort restoration and a documented manual workaround are acceptable.

  • Single access service
  • Best-effort restoration
  • Documented workaround

Tiers are advisory design guides. They are not carrier product names or contracted service levels.

  • Availability

Service performance over a defined period. Check the target, measurement scope and exclusions.

  • Restoration

How quickly faults are recovered. Check the target, clock, coverage hours and location class.

  • Support

How incidents are received and escalated. Check hours, channels and the severity model.

  • Service credits

The contractual remedy when a target is missed. Check eligibility and the claim process.

National sourcing

National sourcing with local qualification

We can assess metropolitan, regional and remote Australian requirements using an appropriate mix of authorised carriers and technologies. Every site remains subject to address qualification, product availability, design and commercial approval.

  • Sydney Harbour and city skyline
    Metropolitan

Head offices, branches and data centres

Options can include enterprise fibre, NBN Enterprise Ethernet, business NBN and private interconnects.

  • Regional farmland at sunset
    Regional

    Regional operations and towns

Options can include business NBN, fixed wireless and 4G or 5G, with backup designed around local constraints.

  • Long straight road through remote, arid country
    Remote

    Remote and project sites

Options can include satellite, fixed wireless and mobile pathways, designed around power, weather and site access.

Examples only. National capability is not a universal coverage guarantee, so availability is confirmed for each address.

Accountability

One accountable service view

Where included in the agreed scope, Tech As A Service coordinates ordering, incidents, changes, reporting, renewals and supplier interaction. The proposal and service schedule show exactly what we own, what a carrier owns and what remains with you or another provider.

Tech As A Service

Where included in scope

  • Ordering and supplier coordination
  • Incident triage and escalation
  • Approved changes
  • Service reporting and reviews
  • Renewal planning

Carrier or provider

Under their product terms

  • Access network and its service levels
  • Fault restoration on their network
  • Product-specific support terms
  • Platform capability

Your organisation

Unless contracted otherwise

  • Site access and readiness
  • Internal LAN, Wi-Fi and devices
  • Approvals and change windows
  • Business continuity decisions

Illustrative split. Your proposal and service schedule set the actual boundaries.

How an assessment works

From requirement to a clear next decision

  1. 1

    Share the requirement

Site list, key applications, current providers, renewal dates, risk priorities and target timeline.

  2. 2

    Structured discovery

We confirm locations, dependencies, constraints and the decisions that need to be made.

  3. 3

    Qualify and design

We qualify orderable options for each site and design capacity, diversity and service levels.

  4. 4

    Proposal and service schedule

The contracted service, responsibilities, exclusions and acceptance criteria, stated in writing.

Information you provide is used for qualification and design. It does not confirm serviceability or a contractual service level.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Straight answers about choice, service levels and coverage.

What does carrier agnostic mean?

It means the assessment can consider suitable services from more than one authorised carrier or access technology. It does not mean every carrier or product is available through Tech As A Service at every location.

Can you guarantee 99.95 percent availability everywhere?

No. Availability commitments are specific to each product and contract. Eligible enterprise services may offer targets up to 99.95 percent, but the final standard depends on access, location, design and the executed agreement.

Can you support regional and remote sites?

We can assess fixed, wireless, mobile and satellite pathways for metropolitan, regional and remote locations. Every site must be qualified, and its operational limitations understood.

Can you manage existing services?

Potentially, where access, authorisation and the agreed service model allow it. Discovery identifies which services can be brought into scope and which remain separately managed.
