Make every technology dollar work harder

We look at what you have, what you use and what you need. The aim is to cut avoidable cost and complexity, not to promise savings before the evidence is clear. If we recommend a higher-grade service, we’ll explain why.

  • What you haveServices, plans, providers and contract dates
  • What you useActual usage, inactive services and excess charges
  • What you needWhat must stay available as the business grows
  • What to removeOverlaps, unused extras and avoidable complexity

Bundles

Build a bundle only where it creates value

A bundle is worth it when it cuts admin, keeps you running or makes you easier to reach. Combine services when the benefit is clear, and keep them separate when that gives you better resilience, flexibility or control.

Combine when

  • It reduces administration, with fewer bills and one team to call
  • Services are designed to keep working together
  • It improves how customers reach you

Keep separate when

  • A backup on a different network adds real resilience
  • Separate contracts give you commercial flexibility
  • You want more control over a specific service

Bundling doesn’t always save money, so we check your current contracts and usage first.

Fewer missed opportunities

Stop enquiries disappearing between systems

A reliable connection, a well-designed call flow, AI-assisted reception and organised follow-up can stop enquiries slipping through the cracks. We map the workflow first, decide when a person takes over and measure the result.

  1. Customer gets in touch

By phone, web form or campaign

  2. Call flow routes it

To the right person, team or location

  3. AI reception helps

Answers routine questions and captures details when no one is free

  4. Booking or enquiry recorded

In your approved calendar or system

  5. Your team follows up

A person takes over when judgement or care is needed

    Human handoff

We don’t promise more sales. We set up the workflow, the handover and how results are measured.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Plain answers about providers, bundles and business-grade services.

Can Tech As A Service manage services from different providers?

Where we’re authorised and the operating model allows it, we can coordinate suitable services across more than one carrier or technology platform. Your proposal will set out what we supply directly, what we manage and what stays with another provider.

Will bundling always save money?

No. A bundle can cut admin or create commercial value, but the result depends on your current contracts, usage, locations and requirements. We review what you have now before we make any savings claim.

Does my business need business-grade internet?

It depends on how an outage would affect you, your upload needs, static IP, the support you expect, how your apps need to perform and how much you need to stay running. We’ll explain the trade-off between lower-cost and higher-service options.

Can I start with one service?

Yes. Start with what matters most right now, and add or change services only when the business case is clear.
